Morning Wellness Practice
Join Instructors David Webb and Meena Mahtani for a light morning yoga, breathing, and meditation practice to elevate our energy, well-being, and start our day together on the right foot!

Registration & First Meeting with Discussion Groups
Registration for the summit as well as the 1st meeting of F2F Group Chats- Small discussion groups led by our very own Psychologists. F2F Group Chats will meet during the summit program to further unpack lessons, discuss take-aways, as well as add to a personal and impactful community experience with us!

Join Resilience Coach, Elle Lane, along with David Webb, and Meena Mahtani from the Fuel to Flourish Team for this group exercise as we share our favorite and practical ways to build more strength and resilience as a community.

Salo-Salo Lunch & Second Meeting with F2F GROUP CHATS
Bring your own lunch and have fellowship with us by the Main Entrance. If you have registered for the F2F GROUP CHATS, please meet them with your lunch. Salo-Salo or what’s known as a Special Filipino Feast is a great way to bond with community through the breaking of bread together.

Led by Integrative Health Coach and Positive Psychologist, Katherine Rañeses. Let’s talk about emotional literacy and how it affects us. Let’s also learn how raising self-awareness, identifying, and properly managing our emotions can transform our community for the better!

Inspirational Mental Health Warriors share their transformation journey. They will also share how their personal practices and community contributed to meaningful change in order to inspire people towards starting their own transformation journey.

Together with the Fuel to Flourish & Mind You Team, we will use the power of community storytelling to collectively break the stigma of vulnerability, create a safe supportive space, and empower one another to be seen and heard as our authentic selves.

Rhythmic Resonance: Primal Paths to Transpersonal Creativity & Community
David Esteban, founder of the Earth School and yoga practitioner, will lead participants to harness primal movement, rhythmic percussion, and mindfulness techniques, utilizing the principle of ‘accept and build,’ to foster a deeper foundation of creativity and well-being with others in the community.

Closing Circle & Remarks
We will have one last circle to acknowledge all that we have shared together as well as a few final words from Mind You CEO, Yuri Marshall, addressing the closure of the National Mental Health Summit 2023.
