ABOUT THIS EVENT

In a world where community is paramount, the National Mental Health Summit 2023 embarks on a journey to build stronger, more resilient societies. Our theme, ‘Community,’ highlights the transformative power of stories, education, and the holistic practice of well-being in shaping our mental health.

Now in its third annual run, we seek not only to shed light on this mental health ‘epidemic’ but to offer tangible, accessible solutions, highlighting the benefits of community.

This year, we’ve decided to pivot closer to the heart – our stories. By interweaving storytelling into our program, we aim to resonate deeply, stir emotions, and mobilize action.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

  • Community Building Activities for authentic story sharing.
  • Engaging Group Discussions to share and learn.
